This a unique Women’s Inspirational Journey, consisting of awesome
hikes, daily guided meditations, wellness teachings, healthy cuisine, and
accommodations at beautiful resorts and spas. Retreats are held at The Homestead Inn, Hot Springs, VA and The Sedona Rouge, Sedona, AZ. Join me

Be Inspired to Create a Healthy Lifestyle
Inspirational Journeys are full immersion wellness-hiking programs, designed to give
participants the opportunity to learn about Whole Health and experience Whole Living.
Held at resort/spas in gorgeous environments, the purpose of these 5-day programs is to
share knowledge, teach skill-sets and provide tools to help individuals clarify, plan and
move forward with personal health and wellness goals. We aim to provide inspiration, guidance,
and support to empower participants to return home with a personal wellness plan that can
be implemented into their daily life. A happier, healthier and fuller life is just a few steps away.
Dr. Suzanne Nixon, Dr. Greg White and a group of friends, set off on their own Inspirational Journey to New Zealand in February 2011.
Their hope is to someday take a group to this beautiful, magical country.
